The roof was replaced in August 2021, the complete septic system in 2022, and the living room carpet in September 2021. This house was built for a WHEELCHAIR owner, but if you do not need a wheelchair house, this one still will be a more-than-comfortable home. Examples: Hardwood floors are great for wheelchairs, but their beauty enhances the looks of any room. Ramps? A lot safer and easier to climb than steps, especially as we age. 3’ wide doors? Makes moving furniture in and out much easier. Much, much more info attached – ask your agent for the FEATURES LIST. The living, dining, and family rooms are excellent sizes, and their vaulted ceilings add to the spaciousness. The wide connection between the living and dining rooms and the ability to shut them off from the rest of the house make for great entertaining. Less formal gatherings would be in the family room, of course, which is open to the kitchen. Check out the kitchen’s pantry closet with its custom-built, maple shelves. The master bedroom’s his/hers n walk-in closets feature the same type custom shelving with two-tier upper shelves. Bedroom #3 has the same shelving in its walk-in closet. The master bath’s 9’ long vanity has wheelchair access for both sinks, and the shower is a true roll-in/roll-out. That shower is practically trip-proof for those that walk in and out. The guest bath’s 60” long vanity is easily converted to dual sinks - no one likes to share, right? The Florida room, at 33’ X 10’, will accommodate a large variety of lounging and gaming furniture. It four 9’ wide sliding glass doors allow you to bring the outdoors inside in a major way - gives great views of the pool area, also. How many houses have you seen that sport a 13’ X 30 swimming pool - and with a 750 sq. ft. deck? That pool has very gradual steps going down, and they feature dual handrails. Those steps and rails are intended for the handicapped but are just what you need for toddlers. (The pool heater and alarm system have not been used in years; the owner is unsure if they work.) This home house is ready for new occupants. HURRICANE DAMAGE: Damage was very slight; Seller is working on getting all of it repaired.
